C.R.P.(MD).No.365 of 2022 2.The suit in O.S.No.1243 of 2015 was filed by the revision petitioner/plaintiff for relief of partition and separate possession. The B-diary extracts would show that the suit is pending since 05.10.2015 and is being adjourned frequently for enquiry and the issues have been framed in this matter on 15.06.2020. Therefore, the learned Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.87 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
