This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by one Susila D/o.Kalaiarasan. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the complaint preferred by the third respondent herein was registered in Crime No.410 of 2015 dated 19.11.2015 under Section 174 Cr.P.C. A copy of the First Information Report is also produced before this Court. 3.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
