ORDER: The Court made the following order :

The petitioner/ Accused No.3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 & 471 of IPC, in Crime No.5 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's name is not added as accused in this case.
