ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ILANGO, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 222 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR.No.6608 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Being satisfied the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on the condition to pay costs of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from to-day. Failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court.
