O R D E R
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.241 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent police and enable another competent police for proper investigation.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that a complaint was registered in Crime No.241 of 2024 and thereafter, due to territorial jurisdiction, the third respondent gave a representation to the first respondent/Superintendent of Police, Trichy, to transfer the case to Ramjeenagar Police Station, Trichy and the same is under consideration by the Superintendent of Police, Trichy District.

Since the third respondent had already made request to the first respondent to transfer the case from the third respondent to Ramjeenagar Police Station and the same is under consideration by the first respondent, the prayer of the petitioner need not be considered. However, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the request of the third respondent and to expedite the proceedings within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the abovesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
