No. 16181 of 2015 dated 01.12.2015 and pass such further or other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16181 of 2015, dated 01/12/2015.

2. This court, by order dated 01/12/2015 made in Crl.O.P.No.16181 of 2015 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
