There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.

According to the learned Special Government Pleader, there are no encroachments in Survey No.592, which is classified as a Thoppu Manthai Poramboke. However, there were some encroachments in Survey No.591/1, which were removed, by following the due process of law.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
