ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the false complaint lodged by the 4th respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent in respect of tenancy. While so, the 4th respondent has lodged a false complaint and based on the complaint, the respondents no.1 to 3 have started to harass the petitioner. Therefore, he filed this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that there is a tenancy dispute pending between the parties and the petitioner illegally evicted the 4th respondent from the premises, thereby the 4th respondent lodged a complaint and the same is under enquiry. However, they will complete the enquiry within one week and dispose the same in accordance with law.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 and the 4th respondent also gave a complaint as against the petitioner and in order to conduct the 2/4

enquiry, they called the petitioner, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate that they will complete the enquiry within one week, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry within one week from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
