RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition as that the petitioner shall appear before respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m instead of daily 10.30 a.m in Crl.O.P.No.8873/2017 dated 13.07.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.SUSIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, since the case is pending in C.C.No.231 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Absence of petitioner is condoned as per order in Crl.M.P(MD)No.9692 of 2017 today.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
