ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to transfer patta in the petitioner's name in respect of the property comprised in T.S.Nos.3-14/429P, 392P measuring to an extent of 73 cents in Plot Nos.308, 309, 310, 311, 312 and 313 situated at Iluppakudi, Kurichipuravil, Karaikudi Town, Sivagangai District by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.11.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, earlier, she has filed an application seeking to transfer patta in her name. The second respondent by an order dated 04.03.2002 directed the Village Administrative Officer, to carry out necessary mutation in the revenue records. Thereafter, there is no progress in the process and therefore, the petitioner has submitted another representation dated 30.11.2017 before the second respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
