Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure code pleased to direct the Second Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli to consider the petitioners bail Petition at the time of their surrender on the very same day concerned in Crime No.4 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of the respondent . Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the Petition and affidavit and the Order of this Court dated 12.07.2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5669 of 2017 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.MARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side), for the Respondents this court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender in the bail as provided by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5669 of 2017, dated 12.7.2017.

2.Heard Mr.M.Maran, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate)(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.By order dated 12.7.2017, made in above Crl.O.P, has granted two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to surrender before the trial Court. Since the Petitioner could not surrender before the trial Court within the time stipulated by this Court, this Petition is filed seeking extension of time. 4.Having regard to the nature of the case and the reasons stated by the Petitioners, this Petition is allowed and further time of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to the Petitioners to surrender before the trial Court, as per the directions of this Court made in the above Crl.O.P, by order dated 12.7.2017.
