The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first and third respondents to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his labour who is working in the Nellai Sri Madhura Hotel, Rameswaram based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.02.2020.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 3325 of 2020 would submit that the matter relates to dispute between the owner of the property and the tenant. He would further submit that if the petitioner appeared for enquiry, due enquiry will be conducted after issuing summons to the respondents 4 to 8, necessary action will be taken.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
