RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.NO.4780 of 2016 dated 18.3.2016 in Cr. No. 142 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.4820/2016, on 18.03.2016. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition only on 1.4.2016 and thereafter he has not complying the condition.
Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this petition is dismissed.
