Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GOKUL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KS.DURAI PANDIAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition is filed for relaxation of condition.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only from 05.07.2017 to 07.08.2017 and thereafter, he has not complied with the condition.
4. It is the duty of the petitioner to abide the order of the court regularly. It is seen that from 07.08.2017, the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appearing from 05.07.2017 and since this petition has been filed on 03.08.2017, the petitioner has not appeared from 07.08.2017. However, considering the facts and circumstances and to meet the ends of justice, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal Services Committee attached to this bench on or before 3 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police from today onwards for a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
