ORDER
The present revision petition has been filed seeking to strike off the complaint in D.V.No.16 of 2024, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Periyakulam.
2.Several grounds have been raised in the revision petition. This Court is of the considered opinion that they cannot be considered for striking off the complaint under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, shall not insist upon the personal appearance of the respondent unless they are called to appear specifically by the Court.
3.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, is directed to dispose of the complaint on or before 31.10.2025.
4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
