ORDER

The petitioner is permitted to workout his remedy in accordance with law before the first respondent. The petitioner has also given a representation dated 12.12.2017 to the respondents in this regard.

2.The first respondent shall hear the petitioner and pass order in accordance with law with regard to the settlement of his service grievances, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
