ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for a Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider his representation dated 03.06.2019.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has forwarded the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2019, to the Pazhavoor Police Station, for necessary action. Both the parties viz., the petitioner and the rival claimants have appeared before the Police authorities and entered into a compromise. The parties have also made a statement before the Revenue Inspector and the Village Administrative Officer that they have compromised the matter. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
