ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2020. 2.By the representation dated 30.01.2020, the petitioner sought for sanction for prosecution as against the officials under the Indian Penal Code as well as the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994. 3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the first respondent had forwarded the representation to the second respondent for taking necessary action. Though it was forwarded to the second respondent only 13.02.2020, the petitioner has filed the Writ Petition on 19.02.2020 itself.
4.From the communication issued by the first respondent, it is clear that the official respondents have acted upon the representation given by the petitioner. Therefore, we are not inclined to give any further direction to the respondents. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
