Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order clarifying that 215 members accepted by the Trust Board of the society on 11.06.2023 in view of the resolution passed by the society on 29.01.2023 shall be permitted to participate in the election of the society to be held by the Administrator appointed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER : This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.T.SEENI SYED AMMA, Advocate for M/S.
