Respondent / Respondent PRAYER: This Petition is filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw the case in S.M.O.P.No.4 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal Sessions and District Judge, Trichirappalli and to transfer the same to any other competent Court and consequently direct the transferee court to deal with the said case in accordance with law.

O R D E R

The parties have filed a compromise memo in and by which, they have agreed for granting declaration that the marriage held on 05.09.2016 be declared as null and void.

2.The respondent / wife has also filed an affidavit stating that S.M.O.P.No.4 of 2017 from the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli, be allowed declaring the marriage as null and void.

3.The parties are also present and they have affirmed the factum of execution of the compromise memo.

4.In view of the same, the S.M.O.P.No.4 of 2017 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Trichirappalli and it is disposed of in terms of the memo of compromise. The compromise memo shall form part of the decree. The marriage between the parties held on 05.09.2016 and registered on 15.09.2016 is declared as null and void.

Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.110 of 2020 5.This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
