ORDER

The petitioner was appointed as a B.T. Assistant (Social Science) in the third respondent school. It is not in dispute that the petitioner's appointment is in respect of a sanctioned vacancy. It is also not in dispute that the petitioner is eligible to be so appointed.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.There is no justification in declining to grant approval. The order impugned in this writ petition is therefore quashed. The

first respondent is directed to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Social Science) in the third respondent school with effect from 14.11.2017 forthwith and also release grant in aid towards salary and other monetary benefits without any delay.
