PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 457, 511 of IPC in Cr.No.10 of 2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC in Cr.No.56 of 2015, for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 397 of IPC in Cr.No.54 of 2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC, in Cr.No.639 of 2014, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC, in Cr.No.340 of 2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC, in Cr.No.404 of 2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC, in Cr.No.
170 of 2015 and for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Cr.No.339 of 2015, on the file of the respective police Station, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and that he has been falsely implicated in all these cases. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that this petitioner is a habitual offender and there are several cases registered against him.
