PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No. IV, Madurai to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No. 488 of 2020 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible within the time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No. IV, Madurai to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No. 488 of 2020.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.488 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
