PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.07.2020 filed under the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006 and pass an award within such time as may be directed by this Court after granting to the petitioners an opportunity of being heard.

For Petitioner : Mr.M.Azeem For Respondents : No Appearance O RDER This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the complaint made by the petitioner on 30.07.2020 and pass an award within the time fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the letter dated 17.11.2020 issued by the first respondent was placed before this Court. On going through the same, it is seen that the first respondent has informed the petitioner that the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed. 3.In light of the above development, the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition cannot be granted to the petitioner. 2/4
