Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submits that the respondent-Police has not received any complaint against the petitioner and no case has been registered against the petitioner.
