Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying that this Hon'ble Court to pass an order amending the surrender of PCR Special Court/II Additional Distrixct Judge, Tirunelveli instead of PCR Special Court/I Additional District Judge NO.I, Tirunelveli in the above order passed by this HOnourable Court dated 20.07.2017 made in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.9379/2017.

Criminal Original Petition is filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying that this Hon'ble Court to Direct the P.C.R Special Court/ Additional District Judge No. 1 tirunelveli to consider the bail application of the Petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Cr NO. 233/2015 on the file of the Respondent police and pass such other or further orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. This Petition has been filed praying this Court to amend the order made in the above Crl.O.P, dated 20.7.2017 regarding the surrender of the Petitioner before the PCR.Special Court/II Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli instead of PCR.Special Court/I Additional District Judge NO.1, Tirunelveli. 2.Heard Mr.M.M.Manivelpandian, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate) (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2-Police and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in the order made in the above Crl.O.P, dated 20.7.2017, the Petitioner has been directed to surrender before the PCR.Special Court/I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli. Now the Petitioner wants to surrender before the PCR Special Court/II Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli. Hence Office is directed to amend the Court as PCR.Special Court/II Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli instead of PCR Special Court/I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, in the order made in the above Crl.O.P. Dated 20.7.2017. Since the time granted by this Court for the Petitioner to surrender before the trial Court expired, the Petitioner is given a further time of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Petition is disposed of accordingly.
