No.7526/2017 dated 20.06.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KS.DURAI PANDIAN Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition is filed for relaxation of condition.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only from 12.07.2017 to 08.08.2017 and thereafter, he has not complied with the condition.
4. It is the duty of the petitioner to abide the order of the court regularly. It is seen that from 09.08.2017, the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appearing from 12.07.2017 and this petition has been filed on 02.08.2017 and due to his nature of work, he is not able to appear from 09.08.2017. However, considering the facts and circumstances and to meet the ends of justice, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal Services Committee attached to this bench on or before 3 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie on every Monday at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks, failing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
which, the order of relaxation shall stand dismissed automatically and on compliance, the condition will be relaxed. This petition is ordered accordingly.
