ORDER

The petitioner was employed in the first respondent society. By order dated 17.11.2017, he was dismissed from service. Questioning the same, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.As rightly pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy by way of revision before the first respondent. The petitioner can very well avail the same. The petitioner is given two weeks time to prefer revision before the second respondent. If the petitioner files revision before the second respondent within a period of two weeks, the second respondent shall dispose of the same, after issuing notice to the interested parties within a period of two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

months thereafter.

3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. The Registry is directed to return the impugned order in original by substituting the same by a photostat copy. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
