This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to instruct the third respondent to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent and to return the vehicle, Bajaj Pulsar 150CC (TN-96, 9453) to petitioner's company by considering his representation, dated 08/02/2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 05.03.2022.
