This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed alleging that the petitioner's husband was working in Madurai as Welder in a Welding Company at Dhuvakudi, Trichy, went to Kerala for livelihood in the year 2009 and thereafter not returned to home. Hence, the Writ of Habeas Corpus is filed by her enclosing the marriage photograph and invitation.

2. This Court, on the ground of inordinate delay in approaching this Court, finds that this petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner herein to work out

her remedy in the manner known to law.
