Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned notification of the third respondent in Na.Ka.333-2017 E dated 03.11.2017 published in Makkal Kural Tamil Daily dated 06.11.2017 and the impugned notification issued by third respondent in Na.Ka.No.333-2017 E dated 10.01.2018 published in Dinamani Tamil Daily dated 11.01.2018 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to extend the licence to the petitioner for selling eatables and for collecting employ bottles in the Bar attached to TASMAC retail vending shop of respondents bearing No.5193 Madurai, in accordance with law. ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner questions the notification dated 03.11.2017 and 10.01.2018 issued by the third respondent. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents would point out that the auction was already conducted on 30.01.2018 and that the writ petition is intructuous at the very inception. 3.The objection raised by the learned standing counsel for the respondents is well founded. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition as of now. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
