Crime No.505 of 2015 : Respondent/Respondent/Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(i)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3301 of 2015 dated 10.12.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.3046 of 2015 dated 23.11.2015 by the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul.

O R D E R

This application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3301 of 2015 dated 10.12.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.3046 of 2015 dated 23.11.2015 by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul., directing the petitioners to appear before the Station House Officer, Dindigul Town North Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.

2.The learned Judge, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition to appear before the Station House Officer, Karur Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders and subsequently, a petition was filed for relaxing the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition. The Principal District Judge, Dindigul, modified the

condition that they should appear before the Station House Officer, Dindigul Town North Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is working as Teacher in a Government Higher Secondary School at Salem and the second petitioner is a Correspondent of Amman Arts and Science College and the third and fourth petitioners are also staff of the said College. Hence, it is difficult for them to comply with the said condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition as per the direction of the court regularly.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul directing the petitioners to appear before the Station House Officer, Dindigul Town North Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer, Dindigul Town North Police Station weekly once i.e on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
