It is informed that the petitioner has already moved the civil Court in O.S.No.5 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivagangai, where he had obtained an ex parte order of injunction. 2.In the light of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the above writ petition, since the writ petitioner has also filed O.S.No.5 of 2013 for the very same relief. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
