RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to withdraw the case in S.T.C.NO.11 of 2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate at Keeranur, Pudukkottai District and transfer the same to the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1, Nagercoil.

Order : This petition coming on for order as upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and in pursuant to the order dated 16/04/2015 made herein and also the letter of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Keeranur made D.No.4 of 2016 dated 04/01/2016,the court made the following order:- The Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, sought further extension of four months' time to dispose of the case in S.T.C.NO.11/2013 2.Time is extended for further period of four months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond Two working days at any point of time.
