This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.11.2012. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police would complete the investigation within four months time.

4.Recording the said submission, this petition is disposed of with the direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
