ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to conclude the enquiry into the charges levelled against the petitioner under Rule 17(b) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1973. The charge memo was issued on 09.06.2020 and it is stated that the Enquiry Officer has also been appointed.

W.P.(MD)No.4561 of 2021 3.By taking into consideration of the limited scope of prayer in the Writ Petition, the third respondent herein shall endeavour to complete the enquiry proceedings to the impugned charge memo, dated 09.06.2020 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
