Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SHEIK ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KS.DURAI PANDIAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition is filed for relaxation of condition.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition from 26.07.2017 to 17.08.2017.
4. It is the duty of the petitioner to abide the order of the court regularly. It is seen that from 17.08.2017, the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a practising Advocate and due to viral fever, he is not able to comply with the condition from 17.08.2017. However, considering the facts and circumstances and to meet the ends of justice, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal Services Committee attached to this bench on or before 3 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and the petitioner shall appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks from today onwards failing which, the order of relaxation shall stand dismissed automatically and on compliance, the condition will be relaxed. This petition is ordered accordingly.
