In W.P.(MD) No.3345 of 2022:- For Petitioner : Mr.P.Thiyagarajan For R1 & R2 : Mr.P.Subbaraj, Special Government Pleader For R3 : Mr.M.Saravanan COMMON ORDER In all these writ petitions, Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Saravanan, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent. 2.After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the 1st respondent, namely, the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Chennai - 34, to dispose of the appeals filed by the petitioners under Section 34 A (3) of the Tamil Nadu HR & CE Act, 1959 in A.Nos.54, 61, 56, 57, 60 and 59 of 2021, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All further proceedings shall be subject to the outcome of the orders to be passed in the aforesaid appeals. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
