ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 07.02.2025 under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner had been released on bail by the respondent-Police itself on 05.02.2025.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner has no apprehension of arrest.
