ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to restrain the respondents from harassing the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. It is seen that a regular case in Cr.No.594 of 2015 has been registered against the petitioner and the investigation is in progress. The Inspector of Police has also filed counter affidavit, wherein it is seen that there are 19 cases pending against the petitioner. Once a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regular case has been registered, the petition for not to harass is not maintainable.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
