The present petition is filed seeking for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.75 of 2021 of SIPCOT Police Station. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the Inspector of Police, SIPCOT Police Station after concluding investigation in Crime No.75 of 2021, has made ready a referred charge sheet and the same would be filed before the Jurisdicational Magistrate soon. 3.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the Inspector of Police, SIPCOT Police Station to file the referred charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order after giving notice to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
