For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.2025 of 2020 dated 10.02.2020 to the effect that instead of "Each with two sureties" it may be modify as "two common sureties" ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- There are three petitioners in this case. This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 10.02.2020. The petitioners seek modification in respect of the order. They want to furnish only common sureties.

2. I find the said submission to be reasonable. The petitioners are permitted to furnish two common sureties.

CRL MP(MD). No.1721 of 2020 extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
