ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation of the petitioner's complaint registered in Crime No.32 of 2022, dated 05.10.2022 and to file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.32 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and that the respondent has already sent the reports to the Tahsildar and the Sub Registrar and that the investigation is pending.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
