RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 6658 of 2016 dated 21.04.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.MUTHUSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Kannithevan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.6658 of 2016, dated:21.04.2016. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this court vide order dated 21.04.2016 made in Crl.OP.(MD).No.6658 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a month i.e on 1 st day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am until further orders. sd/- 14/06/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
