RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.7723 of 2016 dated 19.5.2016 for appearance before the Learned special Judicial Magistrate for land grabbing cases, Tirunelveli by two weeks. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANNITHEVAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7723 of 2016, dated 19.05.2016.
2. This court, by order dated 19.05.2016 made in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.7723 of 2016 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in
