ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his wife's life and limbs based on his complaints dated 21.12.2024 and 03.01.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent received the complaints of the petitioner dated 21.12.2024 and 03.01.2025 and they assigned a CSR.No.38 of 2024 to the same, and it is under enquiry, and they will complete the enquiry within one (1) week. He further submitted that there is a family dispute between father and son. The father lodged a complaint against his son, who is the third respondent in this petition, therefore, they have to conduct enquiry. However, they will complete the enquiry within one (1) week from the date of this order.

3. Considering the above representation of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 &2 and recording his submission, that they will complete the enquiry within one (1) week, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.

4. With the said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
