ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent herein to file a final report in the above case in Crime No.396 1/4

of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent before the concerned Court within a time frame.

2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is the Defacto Complainant in Cr.No.396 of 2022 pending on the file of the Respondent Police. The Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking a direction against the Respondent to complete the investigation and file final report before the Court concerned.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.396 of 2022 has already been completed and charge sheet has also made ready. He seeks two weeks time to file the same before the Court concerned . 4.Recording the above submission, the Respondent is directed to file the final report before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
