ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.130 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the state submitted that the petitioner herein had already filed Crl OP(MD)No.2837 of 2018 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 22.02.2018. But, there is no whisper about the said Criminal O.P in this present petition.

3.A person seeking discretionary relief of anticipatory bail, must approach this Court with clean hands. Since the petitioner has not mentioned the filing of above said O.P, this Court is constrained to dismiss the present petition. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
