ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 447, 417, 420, 465, 468, 471, 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.47 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that as of now, there is no proposal to arrest the petitioner. But then, he

would point out that the petitioner's account has been frozen for remittance of the funds in question to the tune of Rs.76,00,000/-. It is further undertaken by the respondent that if there is any proposal to arrest her, the petitioner will be notified, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move this Court again for anticipatory bail.

4.Recording the undertaking of the respondent, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
