O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2025 and issue adequate police protection to fence the petitioner's land in Survey No.635/1, 635/2 sitauted at Sriramapuram Village, Vedasandur.

2. According to the petitioner, the land in S.Nos.635/1 and 635/3 situated at Sriramapuram Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District is his agricultural land. He wanted to fence his land within boundaries, hence he made an application through online on 02.08.2024. But no action was taken by the authorities. Therefore, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.23567 of 2024 and the same was allowed on 03.10.2024. As per the directions of this Curt, the revenue authorities conducted survey and also issued certificate on 24.12.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner made arrangements to fence his land. But, the 4th respondent who is not having any right over the property restrained the petitioner to fence his property. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 02.02.2025 for seeking adequate police protection and the same is pending with the 1 to 3 respondents. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this present writ petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 to 3 respondents would submit that the third respondent received the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2025 and the same is under consideration and also assured that they will dispose the said representation within one week.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition this Court without issuing any notice to the private respondents, inclined to pass orders.

5. According to the petitioner, the property in S.Nos.635/1 and 635/3 are belong to him and attempted to fence the property and now the fourth respondent restraining the petitioner from fencing his land. Therefore, he made a representation before the respondent and the same has not been considered. The above said facts are not denied by the official respondents and they have also assured to dispose the representation of the petitioner within one week. Therefore, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2025 within a period of one week from the date Page No. 3 of 6

of this order. Since, the petitioner has already surveyed the land through concerned Revenue officials, if the private respondents caused any disturbance, the petitioner shall approach the concern police authorities in accordance with law.

6. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
